AT DENNY EYE & LASER CENTER
Thank you for scheduling your consultation. We look forward to meeting you!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Plan to spend approximately 3 hours at your appointment. Your eyes will be dilated, and you will have a complete examination. Note that you will not be having your surgery at the initial consultation visit.
WHAT TO BRING
If you are a new patient, please complete the registration form prior to your appointment. Remember to bring your insurance information, glasses, and a list of prescription medications, including all eye drops.
HOW TO PREPARE
Please start using artificial tears 4 times per day, and warm compresses for 10 minutes per day, to optimize the health of the ocular surface. Dr. Denny recommends using non-medicated lubricating eye drops like Refresh, Systane, or Blink -- not red-eye drops like Visine or ClearEyes.
If you are a contact lens user, please stop using your contact lenses 1 week prior to your appointment.
Call your insurance provider to confirm that you are in network with one of our surgery centers. You will need to provide a diagnosis code (H25.1) and a procedure code (66984). Dr. Denny operates at two facilities:
Pacific Vision Surgery Center (Tax ID 83-3286106)
CPMC, Van Ness Campus (Tax ID 940562680)
